Czech cuisine is deeply influenced by Austrian and Hungarian cuisines. It’s considered heavy and filling and center on meats and starches. The Roast pork with dumplings and Sauerkraut is the most popular dish. Knedliky, steamed and sliced bread-like side dish are one of the mainstays of Czech cuisine.
